ARE YOU TAKING COMMISSIONS CURRENTLY?
Yes! You can go to Get a Quote and fill in the form, the more information and details that you give us, the quicker we can begin the job. None the less if you are unsure exactly of what paint level that you are seeking we are happy to have a conversation prior with you to brainstorm a style that works best for you. WHAT DO I NEED TO INCLUDE IN MY ENQUIRY?
As much information as possible! But if you follow the Get a Quote form and fill it in as detailed as you can, we will be able to get you a quote likely within the hour of you sending your request.
Any other information you can supply such as your postcode will also help with the delivery fee, especially if outside of the United Kingdom.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept both PayPal and Bank transfers.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED? DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS OR INTERNATIONALLY?
Some Miniatures is based just outside of London in the United Kingdom. We ship within all of the UK as well as internationally. For any more information in regards to local shipping or international, visit our Shipping and Delivery page or simply contact us.
DO I HAVE TO SEND YOU THE MODELS OR CAN YOU ORDER THEM?
It is completely up to you! If you wish to send us a figure, model or models please ensure to take a picture of them to let us know of their condition, or if they are still fresh from the box. We would want to know if they require assembly and cleaning as part of the order.
We can also buy the figure for you, this will be added to the price of your deposit, you can learn more about this on our Process page, or if in doubt, simply email us or ask our chatbox on the bottom right.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE MY MODELS WILL BE SAFE WHEN DELIVERING THEM BACK TO ME?
All models are individually and carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into a sturdy box. Please visit our Shipping and Delivery page to find out how we ensure your packages and miniatures arrive safe and secure.
AM I ABLE TO KEEP UP TO DATE WITH HOW MY MINIATURES ARE DOING?
We will always take a picture once your miniatures arrive and also keep you updated if requested throughout. No matter what, you will get an update halfway through the process on how your models are doing and at the end of your commission a final picture for you to view, to see how your miniatures look in their final form.

WILL YOU STRIP AND REPAINT MODELS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAINTED OR MADE?
Sometimes. Depending on the figure or model and the amount of paint/damage that might have been done, Some Miniatures reserves to right to decline certain models based on simply them being too damaged or coated in paint that fixing them would take too long or create a poor model to work from.
Please feel free to send pictures or images of figures that you are uncertain of, whether that is for stripping them of paint or repair.
